Oxo roast potatoes

I'm not a great potato lover, but I am partial to an oxo roast spud! These go down a treat with the boys too and are free!

I peel and cut the potatoes into chunks and boil for approximately 20 minutes

I then place on a baking tray lined with a silicone sheet, you can use a roasting tin if you prefer but I find them better this way - they seem to crisp better!

I then spray with frylight, the olive oil variety is best for roasting and sprinkle with a crushed oxo cube

Roasting time is approximately 1 hour on 170 degrees
