If you haven't noticed, I love a project!

Since my blog, instagram and more recently my youtube went a little crazy, I've needed my own little space, somewhere out of reach of little hands! We used to have an office in the small bedroom before Jude moved in and we did consider moving the boys into the same room but the idea was nervously laughed off!

So we did a little research and decided to purchase a summerhouse and convert into an outdoor office.

We purchased the summerhouse from Garden Buildings Direct, I'm not going to lie, we had a few issues with delivery dates being changed without much notice, but after kicking up lots of fuss it did get resolved.

We painted the exterior with Cuprinol Garden Shades in colours Seagrass and Pale Jasmine. We purchased this from B&Q and was on offer, 2 for £30.

The interior has been insulated, boarded and painted white. We have electricity too! Posh!

The door knobs were from ebay and cost £5.98 for the two, they have loads of designs but thought these looked pretty with the floral hearts.

The wicker hearts were from the clearance bin at B&M and cost £1 each, the large teal heart on the exterior was also from B&M and cost £2.99. I purchased a lot of my bits and pieces from B&M and vlogged the haul, which can be found here!

My desk is my masterpiece and searched high and low for a bargain, run down piece to make pretty! It cost £20 secondhand from a lovely gentleman on gumtree

I painted it with Annie Sloan, using old white and antoinette. The little pink handles, paint and artificial tulips were purchased from my local Annie Sloan stockist, Encore Country Interiors.

Cream wicker chair (GREGOR), £75 (we paid £55 using Ikea family card), white enamel jug (SOCKERART), £6, white box frame (RIBBA), £3.50 (yummy mummy card was my first mothers day card from Noah!) - purchased from  Ikea

Spotty chair was bought off ebay 4 years ago and has been used as a nursery chair for both boys. Unfortunately, the seller who made this chair is no longer trading :(

Net curtains were from  Ikea, cut to length and draped with net curtain wire. Heart wooden lantern fairy lights were purchased from  The Range.

My gorgeous white floral tables were won off a facebook free page in my area, i painted them in Annie Sloan old white and glued some pretty floral paper from  Hobbycraft. I coated with glossy decoupage varnish.

So there you have it! My gorgeous, girly, yet grown up space!
