TARGET WEEK 3

I had a shock at group this morning, my first weigh in after reaching target & I expected a gain. I have to admit, I have been a little naughty, cakes and sweets have been consumed & I haven't eaten as well as I should have, but shock, horror, I jumped on the scales and lost 1 lb!

Game changer! I've taken a little u-turn in my journey and mixing things up a little. This includes a vlog post! eeeeeeek!

Please be kind, I am brand new to this! I am aware that I've been holding the camera the wrong way, so my head has been chopped off most of the time #facepalm and I gradually look less glamorous as the day goes on, but hey ho! I'm a super busy mum of two very mischievous monkeys!

I will be vlogging everyday this week and attempting a full 7 days of ExtraEasy SP, to the book!

    Enjoyed watching the vlog - I too found this really helpful and helps to have different ideas. I think the approach of using syns on healthy things rather than a choc fix is something I want to try and will be keeping an eye out for Grapenuts and chia seeds on my next food shop. I curently use cous cous with f/f yog/speed fruit for breakfast - would grapenuts absorb the yog in the same way cous cous does do you know?

Really enjoyed your vlog .I started the same weight as you ,I have lost 4stone 8.5 lb and am now at my target but want to loose a little more before my holidays and thinking about doing sp just don't really know what to put together so your food diary will be really helpful to me also trying to do healthy syns but love chocolate too much.
