Weekly meal planner - week 24

I have prepared my meal planner for this week. I always like to have a plan in mind so I can make sure I have all the ingredients stocked and I can get myself prepared the night before. It also keeps me on track and although I plan my meals I don't plan my snacks so I can have a little bit of what I fancy on the day. 


I am aiming for a 2.5lb loss this week, I am really wanting my 5 1/2 stone award! So I am preparing a lot of stir fry lunches, I always seem to do well when eating a lot of stir fry! So we shall see!

I try to keep things interesting by trying at least one new recipe a week, this week its "Easy Sausage Cassoulet" from the Free Food Feast book. 

Its not something we usually go for but it might surprise us and we like to keep things fresh! I will of course be posting the outcome once its cooked, stay tuned for Wednesday evening!
