Week 24

Another week where I've worked so hard, accomplished my first run and completely stuck to plan! Lots of womanly things have happened this week too, over the past 3 years I've either been pregnant or exclusively breastfeeding so mother nature hasn't been visiting and this week we have been reunited. Thanks for that, love!

My only explanation for a very frustrating 0.5lb loss this week, although I am relieved it wasn't a gain. Out of the 24 weeks I've been on plan, I've never gained so the thought of one is quite scary for me.

Anyway, I have a theory and because I'm completely honest I have to share! Last night I had a kebab, a non slimming world friendly kebab, FROM THE CHIPPY! The first bit of greasy fat I've had in 24 weeks! My theory is that my body needs a little shock, a little re-start and burn some nasty fat! Its not a scientifically proven theory and I am not even sure it will work but I'm willing to risk my 'non gain streak' and try! 

(Note how I squeezed a bit of speed in there, slimming world is in my veins!) 

Sunday is a brand new day and a brand new week, I've drawn a line, I've got my plan sorted and I am super motivated to get some good results this week. My husband has hidden the bathroom scales, so no sneaky mid week weigh in's to panic me, my lovely friend Sarah will be happy about this! :) She wont have the text Wednesday morning about how I've gained 100lbs! 

I've decided to go back to extra easy this week, I miss the odd yoghurt, banana and blueberries! I'm still going to avoid pasta, potatoes and rice, not a great fan of them anyway but if I want the odd slimming world chip it wont hurt! Lots of water, mix up my fitness routine again, a couple of runs in the evening and a lot of positive thinking!

So that's my plan! Fingers crossed! I'm only 2lb away from my 5 1/2 stone award and its really annoying!
