Peanut hottie oaty muffins

I love peanut butter, so when I stumbled across "Peanut Hottie" powder I stocked up on it! Its 2 syns for 10g and its lush! It tastes great with hot milk, but I love to bake with it, its amazing in oaty muffins, cookies and in the base of my breakfast oaty pizza.



Ingredients

35g porridge oats (healthy extra b)
1/2 tub of quark or 1/2 tub of free yoghurt such as mullerlight
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of sweetener
10g of Peanut Hottie

(makes approximately 6 muffins)

Method

Mix all the ingredients together and separate the mixture into silicone muffin moulds. Place into a pre-heated oven of 180 degrees and bake until golden. They usually take around 15-20 minutes.
