Peanut butter oaty waffles

I've always been a great lover of my oaty muffins and made lots of variations and flavours. I've been thinking of ways I can mix them up, so I was straight on ebay looking at different silicone moulds and found a waffle mould! 



Ingredients

35g porridge oats (healthy extra b)
1/2 tub of quark or 1/2 tub of free yoghurt such as mullerlight
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of sweetener

10g of peanut hottie (2 syns)

Topping


Frozen sour cherries and berries (I bought mine from Aldi)
Sweetened quark
Choc shot (0.5 syn per teaspoon)

Method

Mix all the ingredients together pop into waffle moulds. Place into a pre-heated oven of 180 degrees and bake until golden. They usually take around 15-20 minutes.


This is the basic recipe for free oaty muffins/waffles when using oats as healthy extra b, if not 35g oats are 6 syns. 


You can make these without the peanut hottie to make them free, or add your own flavouring such as cocoa powder, lemon flavouring or vanilla.

Waffle mould was a couple of pound off ebay, I have since seen them for sale in Dunelm and Wilkos. Peanut Hottie was from Asda & can be found near the hot chocolate.
