Oaty cookies

The one thing I really miss, is a glass of milk and a dunking biscuit! I know these cookies aren't exactly a chocolate covered hobnob but they certainly take the edge off!

Ingredients

35g porridge oats (healthy extra b)
1 egg
2 tablespoon of sweetener

Method

Mix together and mould into shape required. Bake at 180 degrees until golden, usually around 10-15 minutes.

Super easy!

You can add additional ingredients or flavourings. I like to add finely grated carrot for extra speed and it bulks the mixture to go a little further.

I've added a snack box raisins for 2.5 syns (please check syns as they do vary depending on brands) and cinnamon.

I've also made cocoa flavoured ones (2 syns per tablespoon) for the boys, which they love with quark and fruit! Noah loves helping me make these cookies!

I usually make the boys in a silicone square mould and cut up into bitesize squares or triangles.
