Oaty breakfast pizza

I love this yummy breakfast pizza and my boys think its so fun! (We sometimes have this for lunch too!)

Base Ingredients

35g porridge oats (healthy extra b)
1 finely grated carrot
1 egg
2 tablespoons of sweetener

You can add any flavouring to the mixture such as peanut hottie (2 syns for 10g) or cocoa powder (2 syns for 1 tablespoon) or cinnamon (free).

Mix the ingredients together and spread a thin layer into a silicone mould, bake on 180 degrees until golden, approximately 15 minutes. 

Allow to cool before adding the topping. 

I double the ingredients to share with the boys and make a 'half and half' pizza! I usually top with sweetened quark and speed berries, the boys have either cocoa flavoured quark or nutella with banana.
