Lemon drizzle cake

Everyone loves a bit of cake, right? This whole cake, yes WHOLE CAKE is 8 syns! You really can have your cake and eat it! 


50g self raising flour
2 lemons
28g sweetener
5 eggs seperated


Mix together flour, sweetener, rind of 2 lemons, juice of 1 lemon and egg yolks. In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites until stiff then fold into the flour mixture.

Pour into a lined loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. 

Mix together 15g sweetener with the juice of the other lemon and drizzle on the cake before returning back into the oven on a low hear for a further 10 minutes.
