Frozen yoghurt and berry bites

I had a tough night with my youngest monkey last night, he's teething. A teething baby is tough but a teething toddler is worse!

I remember someone from my group mentioning this recipe and thought it would be perfect for those little sore gums and a refreshing syn free treat for me too!

Don't they look pretty!?

Ingredients

2 pots of yoghurt - i used strawberry mullerlight
selection of your favourite fruit - i used good old Aldi frozen berries

Method

I lined a baking tray/tin with cling film. Pour an even layer of yoghurt into the tin and top with fruit. Place in the freezer for around an hour or until solid. Turn out from the tin and remove the cling film from the bottom, cut into bitesize bars.

I placed them in a tupperware box to store in the freezer.

Both boys loved them and they did the job I wanted them to do! We just need some sunshine now!

Enjoy!
