Babybel burgers

So delicious, really filling and feel really naughty! What's even better, they are FREE!

Ingredients - makes 4 HUGE burgers

500g lean mince (less than 5% fat)
2 eggs
1 onion chopped finely
1 table spoon of mixed herbs
1 table spoon of chilli flakes
4 babybel light (3 can be used as healthy extra a or 2 syns each)


Mix mince, eggs, chopped onion, herbs and chilli flakes together in a bowl, I use my hands and divide into 4. Roll each portion into a ball and poke in a babybel light. Mould into burger shape and fry with fryligh. Depending on the size of your burgers, depends on cooking time, ours were huge and took around 15 minutes.

I had mine with salad as I'm doing SP but the rest of the family had slimming world chips! Yum!
